About Us
Inspired by the life and accomplishments of Sean Peters, the SP16 Foundation empowers individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes, while supporting the efforts of those working to put an end to the disease for good.
Together with our partner organizations we bring attention and resources to the fight against T1D. We build lifelong bonds between those who share this unique challenge. We promote education and good health among those affected, showing them that they dictate their relationship with Type 1 Diabetes, and not the other way around.
