The SP16 Foundation organizes a team to participate in the Breakthrough T1D Walk for a Cure and the movement to transform life with T1D. Breakthrough T1D is focused on opening doors that were once closed by T1D diagnosis, leading the way to more effective solutions by connecting the brightest minds to advance treatments.

Join our team to honor Sean's memory and continue his mission of helping others with diabetes. Together, we support Breakthrough T1D's efforts to make Type 1 diabetes a condition of the past.
