Barton Center
Partnership for Life-Changing Camp Experiences and Family Support
About Barton Center
The Barton Center for Diabetes Education, Inc. is one of the largest, independent recreational and educational programs in the country dedicated to children who live with diabetes and the people who care for them. The Barton Center is a year-round camp, retreat, and conference center where learning and shared experiences combine to support and motivate children and families.
The SP16 Foundation’s commitment to this mission stems back to Sean Peters’ time spent as a camper/counselor at the Barton Camp (previously Camp Joslin). Contributions to the organization include grants and scholarships that go towards attendance for underprivileged children.
